Any patient suffering from a new persistent cough OR fever of 37.8 degrees or more must SELF ISOLATE for 7 days. .ALL REQUESTS FOR GP OR NURSE APPOINTMENTS will be dealt with over the telephone initially. Posted on 16 Mar 2020

Please THINK before visiting the surgery.

NHS/Public Health advice is in place at Dorridge Surgery.

If you have a new, persistent cough please SELF ISOLATE for 7 days & DO NOT come to the surgery (or pharmacy, or hospital)

If you have a fever of 37.8 degrees or more, please SELF ISOLATE for 7 days & DO NOT come to the surgery (or pharmacy, or hospital)

If you have neither of the above and believe you need to be seen by a GP or nurse, please RING THE SURGERY.  Reception will take information from you regarding your request and arrangements will be made for a Clinician to ring you back (unless either of the above apply, in which case you will be asked to SELF ISOLATE for 7 days & DO NOT come to the surgery (or pharmacy, or hospital).

If your cough or fever worsen in self isolation please RING 111 - DO NOT come to the surgery (or pharmacy, or hospital).

If you have concerns about coronavirus then please use 111 online & DO NOT come to the surgery (or pharmacy, or hospital).
