Cancel appointments using your online service Posted or Updated on 8 Jul 2022

Did you know that if you need to cancel an appointment you can do this through your 'Systmonline' account!

You can cancel any type of appointment including Nurse appointments.

This will save you a telephone call, or a 'Did not show' entry on your record!

If you don't currently have access to online services please visit reception.  Bring identification with you in case you wish to add basic access to your medical record to your online account.
